The center shall focus skills sets that compliment education from the traditional
school system. Participants in the programs learn and live Entrepreneurship,
Employability and Leadership skills with ethical and citizenship lessons. These make
for the complete human capacity development the society needs to advance.

- Basic ICT: This includes traditional Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, and PPT and Typing skills), Internet and Mobile Productivity Apps.
- Entrepreneurship skills: Proposal writing/defense, Public Speaking/Presentation, Branding, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Events and Media production Skills Video Cameraman, Compere, editing, media production artists (commercials, Jingles etc)..
- Vocational Skills Auto-Diagnostics, Driving, Laptop/phones repairs, Structured cabling (conduit wiring, Electric fencing, CCTV), Solar Systems Installer, Plumbing, Welding

Civic/Ethical Education
- Citizenship and civic responsibility concepts as taught by basic school curriculum shall be rendered to participants by specially selected facilitators or Teachers. The goal is to reiterate the rights and duties of citizens under the law. The need for decency, integrity, selfless service and abiding by the laws of the land shall be the focus.
